    Are you a member of our community and have been sanctioned? You're in the right place. Here you will be explained what to do in these cases and the guarantees you have to make an appeal.

    WHY WAS I SANCTIONED?

    If the moderation team sanctioned you, it was because you violated the norms established in our community or exhibited unwelcome behavior, leading to this measure being taken against you.

    First, you should read our rules to understand and consider them in the future so that the same mistake is not repeated. Subsequently, you can choose to appeal the sanction/ban.


    WERE YOU BANNED FROM THE SERVER?

    You should open a ticket at gtahub.gg/support -> Tickets -> New Ticket -> Category = Appeals. For all payment-related issues, send an email to [email protected].


    WERE YOU BANNED FROM DISCORD?

    You should make a post at https://gtahub.gg/category/600/unban-petitions following the corresponding template:

    UNWELCOME BEHAVIOR / REMOVAL FROM THE COMMUNITY

    GTAHUB's administration reserves the right to remove any member from the community if deemed unfit to coexist within it. Reasons can range from toxic attitude, unwelcome comments about GTAHUB, disrespect, or poor human quality representation.

    These types of blocks are only approved by the Administration team, and the appeal process can take weeks to months. In most cases, unblocking does not proceed.


    ACCUMULATION OF SANCTIONS

    If you accumulate 5 sanctions, considering the type of sanctions, you will be blocked for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.

    WHAT IS THE PROCESS THAT THE USER FACES?

    • The user makes an appeal in the support system.
    • Moderator escalates the ticket to a Roleplay Master.
    • Roleplay Master sends a form through the ticket.
    • The user completes the form and informs via the ticket.
    • Roleplay Master reviews the form.
    • If eligible, the Roleplay Master will coordinate with the user for an interview.
    • Interview between Roleplay Master and the user.
    • The user must wait for a resolution through the ticket. The same appeal made by the user will be used as a means of communication.

    Upon returning from your block, if you break the rules again, you may be permanently blocked.

    PROCESSES AND WAITING TIME

    GTAHUB is a massive community. The vast majority of people are not sanctioned. Therefore, if you were sanctioned, the waiting time to receive a response can be long. Appeals, while important, are not a priority in response.

    Sanctions are final staff decisions. The times and type of sanction are not negotiable. When appealing, please include useful information that may help in your case.

    Appealing is not a dispute between the staff and the user. The slightest disrespect for our processes, community, or staff will result in a permanent block without questions. The appeal process can also result in a more severe sanction if new anomalies are found in the evidence. Lying in an appeal under any context will result in a permanent block.

    Mentions like "I am a VIP", "it's not in the rules", "the other person wasn't sanctioned" - or similar comments will not help your case at all.

    If you are not satisfied with the response from the moderator in charge of your sanction, you can respectfully request a second opinion.
