Organizing an event is easier than you think. By following the steps mentioned below, you can plan your next party, wedding, or whatever your mind envisions in just a few minutes!
1. Go to https://support.gtahub.gg, then select the server where you want to hold the event. Enter the details and click on "Log In" to connect to the support system.
2. Once inside, select the "Events" category.
3. Choose "Schedule a public event" or "Schedule a private event," depending on whether you want it to be an event for all users (Public) or only for specific ones (Private).
3.1 Public Event
TITLE: Specify the title for your event. (Example: HUB Night | West Bahamas Club | DEC 09 | 02:00 HUB)
DATE AND TIME: Enter the event's date and time in UTC-0 / GMT-0 [HUB time].
LOCATION: Indicate the Event Location by adding a map image.
REQUIRES BROADCAST? Indicate if an external program is needed for broadcasting or specify that only the YouTube link-based broadcaster is required.
REQUIRES MAPPING? Provide detailed instructions for the map to be created to your liking. Upload all images to https://i.imgur.com/ and attach the link. Example https://imgur.com/a/sTu9PrR
Event Flyer: This flyer must be uploaded to https://i.imgur.com/ in resolution 330 x 430 px, and provide the link.
Additional Information: In this section, you can complement or clarify any doubts or details about your event. You can also include the event description that citizens will see when interacting with the in-game flyer.
