Origins:
The Rohdes Syndicate traces its roots back to a small, working-class neighborhood where two brothers, Zander Rohdes and Jack Rohdes, grew up in a family struggling to make ends meet. The Rohdes family was deeply connected to their local community, but as times grew tough, the once-thriving area became a victim of crime, corruption, and neglect.
Zander and Jack’s father, a blue-collar worker, was wrongfully accused of embezzlement by a corporate giant he worked for, which led to his imprisonment. Seeing their father get taken away fueled the brothers’ distrust of the system and a growing resentment against those in power.

They vowed never to be victims of the system again.

Key Members:
Zander Rohdes (The Brains)

Role: Leader & Strategist
Personality: Calculating, ruthless, and intelligent. Zander is the mastermind of the group, who plans every move with precision.
Backstory: As the older brother, Zander had to step into a parental role after their father was incarcerated. He became obsessed with outsmarting the system that wronged their family. Over time, his intelligence and business savvy made him a key figure in the criminal underworld. Zander’s leadership style is cold and efficient, with a vision to expand the Rohdes Syndicate’s empire into a feared and respected force.
Ambitions: Zander dreams of not just ruling the streets but controlling entire industries in Los Santos, laundering their money through legitimate businesses while maintaining a stronghold on the black market.

Jack Rohdes (The Muscle)

Role: Enforcer & Street General
Personality: Hot-headed, loyal, and fiercely protective of his brother. Jack is the brawn behind the brains, always ready to get his hands dirty.
Backstory: Unlike Zander, Jack was always more impulsive and aggressive. After their father’s arrest, Jack quickly found himself in street fights and local gang wars, earning a reputation as someone you don’t mess with. He became the enforcer for the gang, handling disputes, debts, and anyone who crossed their path. While Jack relies more on his fists than his brains, he has a deep loyalty to Zander, even if he sometimes struggles with the calculated, emotionless decisions his brother makes.
Ambitions: Jack doesn’t care about the politics or power struggles of Los Santos. He’s in it for the family and the respect, and he’ll break bones to get both.
Mazaal Mansory (The Connector)

Role: Fixer & Diplomat
Personality: Charismatic, smooth-talking, and cunning. Mazaal knows how to maneuver in high society and the underworld alike.
Backstory: Mazaal Mansory came from a wealthy family that had ties to organized crime back in his home country. After a family scandal, he fled to Los Santos, where he fell in with the Rohdes brothers. Unlike Zander and Jack, who rose from the streets, Mazaal came with connections, knowledge, and a silver tongue. He serves as the gang’s diplomat, handling negotiations with other criminal organizations, bribing law enforcement, and laundering the Syndicate’s money through his high-end contacts.
Ambitions: Mazaal dreams of one day becoming the kingpin of Los Santos, but for now, he’s content playing both sides, expanding his network while enjoying the power and luxury that comes with his position.
Formation of The Rohdes Syndicate:
With Zander’s strategic mind, Jack’s brute strength, and Mazaal’s high-level connections, the three of them formed what would become known as the Rohdes Syndicate. Their first operations were small-time: extortion, protection rackets, and a few well-planned heists. But as their influence grew, so did their ambitions.

They began targeting corporate entities that reminded them of the company that framed their father, using hacking, blackmail, and violence to bring them to their knees. Over time, they took control of various underground businesses—illegal gambling rings, drug trafficking, and arms dealing—all while creating legitimate front businesses to keep the authorities at bay.

Territory:
The Rohdes Syndicate controls the docks and industrial areas of Los Santos, using the waterfront to smuggle in illegal goods. They also have a tight grip on the nightclubs and casinos, using Mazaal's connections to clean their dirty money through these high-profile establishments.

Code of Conduct:
Family First: No matter what, loyalty to the Rohdes family and the Syndicate comes first. Betrayal is met with swift and brutal consequences.
Silent Strength: The Syndicate doesn’t operate with flashy violence unless necessary. Zander believes in controlled chaos, where every action has a purpose.
No Innocents: While they are ruthless to enemies and rivals, they have a strict code not to harm civilians or those not involved in the criminal world. This rule was created by Zander as a way to keep the Syndicate’s operations focused and avoid unnecessary attention from law enforcement.
Current Operations:
The Rohdes Syndicate has expanded into a full-fledged criminal empire, dabbling in:

Smuggling: Weapons, drugs, and high-end stolen goods.
Racketeering: Protection rackets in the industrial zones, as well as extorting local businesses.
Money Laundering: Using Mazaal's luxury contacts, they launder money through high-end clubs, casinos, and real estate.
