A concession is a permit for the private use of mechanic facilities throughout Los Santos County. These permits aim to regulate the use of companies and locations for mechanical activities.
If there are vacant concessions, they must be requested at the entrance of the workshop. To obtain a concession, the following requirements must be met:
Yes, the concessions have a cost of issuance which is 500,000
Yes, the change of manager can only be executed and must be approved by the government [ organization's ticket]. Changing the owner without notifying the Government will result in the withdrawal of the concession and a fine of $500,000.
The cost of changing the workshop manager is $100,000.
A concession cannot be sold, if it is sold, the workshop will be withdrawn. If the company no longer wishes to hold the concession, it must notify [organization's ticket] to terminate the contract.
Companies that do not have their own workshops may operate in the community workshop following the rules
