    Guide on how to put RAGE Multiplayer on high priority

    The following guide will explain the steps to follow to be able to put RAGE Multiplayer on high priority and be able to fix the texture loading problem, desync and some frequent GtaHub errors.

    [Steps to follow to be able to do that]

    [1] Open Windows Search and search "Registry Editor"

    [2] Paste "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options" at the top of Registry Editor

    [3] Right click on "Image File Execution Options" and selectr "New" and then left click on "Key" and give it the name of "GTA5.exe"

    [4] After having created the key "GTA5.exe" Right click on it and add another key with the name "PerfOptions"

    [5] After having created the key "PerfOptions" Right click again, and create a DWORD (32 Bits) Value with the name of "CpuPriorityClass"

    [6] When creating the DWORD and name it "CpuPriorityClass" put the value Information to the number "3" and accept.

    Question: You have done this process in Windows 10, does it work for Windows 11?
    Answer: Yes, this process is the same in both Windows 10 and Windows 11, the names do not change, everything is the same.

    Question: What does the number 3 mean in the value information?
    Answer: This means "High Priority", there are more definitions but it is advisable to use High Priority.

    1 - Idle
    2 - Normal
    3 - High
    4 - Real time (Preferably not used)
    5 - Below normal
    6 - Above normal
